Our Process
STEP 1
Consultation & Design
The client and the Food Buggy Team will design a unit to meet your needs.
We strongly encourage you to visit our location to see a Food Buggy first-hand.
STEP 2
City Approval
The client secures approval from their Health and Fire Departments as needed for the design, using a drawing supplied by the Food Buggy Team.
STEP 3
Client Sign-Off
The client approves order document and makes deposit payment(s).
STEP 4
Assembly Approvals
Client approval is required for assemblies or components from overseas & USA manufacturer(s) before direct to you or Cleveland shipment.
STEP 5
Client Inspection and Pickup (or Delivery)
Direct shipment client inspects crate contents with photo documentation for review of any issues with the manufacturers.
The client inspects and picks up their Food Buggy if assembled in Cleveland after final payment has cleared.
